Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Bethlehem is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Such a lovely environment and vibe! As a mom visiting with my kids, Mari was one of the best employees i've met there. She gave each of my kids attention and kept wonderful conversation with them, and me even though she was busy herself! she kept the energy high and had her coworkers laughing, happy, and pumped! you could really feel the passion and joy throughout the store. on-top of that The cookies were the warmest and absolutely delicious i've ever tasted including some delicious recommended Cookies and "Dream" ice cream to go with them. 10/10 recommend you come to this location- and definitley ask for mari. cant wait to come back soon !

Such a pleasantly sweet experience. Gooey warm chocolate chip cookie paired with ice cream over a hot brownie made for the perfect sweet tooth craving. The real cherry on top was the kind and welcoming approach provided by the young lady who flawlessly put orders together. I must say after previously visiting numerous insomnia locations this location was definitely the most enjoyable!

Cookies are average during daytime, not exceptional or worth the money. Late night/closing time staff are negligent of product quality. Store manager also lacks any sort of professionalism based on one of our encounters. One of our cookies was so undercooked and tasted horrible we had to cook it ourselves when we got home. Would go somewhere else tbh.

The cookies were amazing!!! Fresh, delicious, and definitely worth coming back for! I also wanted to mention, the person helping us was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. I’m not sure if he was the manager, but he made the experience even better with how friendly and attentive he was. Great customer service and great treats! Ooohh and the dreamweaver ice cream is a must :D

I don’t know what kind of sorcery is going on at Insomnia Cookies in Bethlehem, PA… but these cookies should honestly come with a warning label 🤤 Perfectly warm, edges with that slight crisp, center soft enough to make you question your life choices… and the chocolate? MELTED. Like actually melted. Not “kinda soft” I’m talking full-on gooey, drip-worthy, can’t stop eating it melted. And then we got the ice cream… which somehow made everything even more dangerous. Cold, creamy, and paired with those warm cookies?? Yeah… game over. Shoutout to Mike (the manager) too, dude went above and beyond. Super helpful, great energy, and even hooked us up with some extras. That’s how you run a place. Dude is like the Michael Jordan of the insomnia cookies world, and I’m bout to dunk these cookies straight into a large glass of milk. 10/10 experience. If you’re anywhere near Bethlehem, do yourself a favor… just go. But don’t plan on sharing 😂 Ps. First time here but I assure you, it will not be my last. This is my new spot
